Since 2004 · Weihai, China
I started working with reactors in 2004. I've seen what goes wrong — a wrong flange standard, a missing material cert, a jacket inlet in the wrong place. I build reactors that don't cause problems downstream. Magnetic coupling seal. Zero leakage. Your choice of material, your process conditions, your timeline.
Why Choose Us
Most reactor suppliers quote you on price. We ask about your medium, your temperature range, your cleaning schedule, your planned lifespan. Because a reactor that fails at month 8 costs you ten times what you saved on the purchase price.
Before quoting, we need to know: what's in the vessel? Is it corrosive? Does it degrade at high temperature? How often do you clean it? What's your batch cycle time target? A wrong material choice or inadequate heat transfer area shows up as downtime — not at purchase, but months later.
We use magnetic coupling seals on every reactor. No packing seals. No shaft seals. If your medium is toxic, flammable, or expensive, a leaking seal isn't an inconvenience — it's a shutdown. Our seals are maintenance-free and rated for your pressure and temperature.
Material certificates (MTR) for every plate and forging. NDT reports — RT, UT, PT, MT as applicable. Hydrostatic test report. Air tightness test. Nameplate data. Certificate of conformity. Nothing missing. Nothing generic. Your documents should match the reactor you receive.
ASME Section VIII compliant. GB150 certified. We handle packaging, lashing, and shipping documentation. Different countries have different tolerances for "roughly" — we don't play that game. What's on the drawing is what arrives.
About WEIHAI ZHENGWEI MACHINERY CO.,LTD
WEIHAI ZHENGWEI MACHINERY CO.,LTD was founded in 2004. For over 20 years, we've been designing and manufacturing magnetic coupling reactors and complete chemical process equipment.
Our focus is narrow: reactors and pressure vessels. We don't diversify. We don't outsource the critical steps. We control material inspection, welding procedure qualification, NDT, pressure testing, and final inspection ourselves. This means we catch problems before they leave our yard.
In 2013, we obtained Type I and Type II Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License. Since then, every reactor leaves with full documentation: material certificates, NDT reports, pressure test certificates, and a conformity statement. What you order is what you receive. No surprises.
What We Build
From 1L R&D units to 50,000L production reactors. Each one engineered for your specific medium, temperature, pressure, and agitation requirements. Not a catalog product — a custom solution.
100L – 50,000L
Batch and semi-continuous production reactors. Stainless steel (304, 316L) and alloy options. Jacket or internal coil heating/cooling. Multiple agitator configurations.
High Pressure
Catalytic hydrogenation up to 20 MPa. Multi-layer internal cooling coils for exothermic reactions. Magnetic coupling seal rated for hydrogen service.
Hastelloy C276, C22, B2. Titanium TA1, TA2, TA10. Monel 400. Inconel 600, 625. For highly corrosive media where stainless steel won't last.
10L – 1,000L. Bridge the gap between lab R&D and full production. Geometrically similar to production units. Full instrumentation.
1L – 100L. Compact units for research labs and universities. Same quality standards as production units. Jacketed heating/cooling.
Quick-opening lid for frequent batch changeover. Ideal for viscous materials, slurry processes, and applications requiring regular cleaning.
Turnkey
Reactor + condenser + separator + control panel + piping. One vendor, one warranty. Factory acceptance testing before shipment.
Jacketed vessels, internal coils, external heat exchanger loops. Optimized for your thermal profile. We calculate heat transfer area so your cycle time isn't wasted.
Resin Synthesis
Autoclave reactor for resin duty: double-wall jacket, overhead reflux condenser, top-agitated. 500–20,000L. 304/316L/duplex media-contact liner. Engineered for your media, not a catalog part.
Project Cases
Real installations. Real process conditions. Each one designed for a specific application — not a generic catalog cut.
The challenge: Exothermic hydrogenation in shale oil processing. Single-layer jacket couldn't remove heat fast enough. Risk of thermal runaway.
Our solution: 6-layer internal cooling coil with optimized hydrogenation stirrer. Calculated heat removal matched to reaction kinetics.
Result: Safe operation at design conditions. Batch cycle time reduced by 15%.

We don't start with a catalog. We start with your medium, your temperature, your pressure, your batch cycle time target. Everything else follows.
Volume, medium composition, operating temperature and pressure, agitation requirement, cleaning frequency, expected lifespan. The more detail you give, the better we can engineer your reactor.
Material selection check. Heat transfer area calculation. Agitator type recommendation. Sealing solution. We flag issues before you pay — wrong material, insufficient cooling, awkward nozzle placement. You decide what to change.
Detailed engineering drawings. Technical specification document. Formal quotation with itemized pricing. No hidden costs. Delivery timeline confirmed.
Material incoming inspection. Welding procedure qualification. Process control at each stage. NDT as required. Hydrostatic test. Final inspection. You can visit our facility or request third-party inspection (SGS, BV, etc.).
Complete documentation package: MTRs, NDT reports, pressure test certificates, nameplate data, conformity certificate, packing list. Sea-worthy packaging. Proper lashing. We track your reactor until it arrives.
Installation guidance. Commissioning support if needed. Spare parts available. We respond to technical questions within 24 hours. A reactor that's running well is the best advertisement we have.
