Every certificate represents a commitment to standards that protect your production line from costly failures.
Quality Assurance
Quality isn't something we inspect in at the end — it's designed, manufactured, and managed into every reactor we build. These certifications are the framework that makes that possible.
Type I & Type II — Approved since 2013. This is not a general equipment license — it's specific authorization to manufacture pressure vessels under Chinese national standards (GB150), with rigorous oversight on design, materials, welding, and testing.
Complete quality management system covering design, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, and delivery. Not just a certificate on the wall — it means documented procedures, corrective action processes, and continuous improvement cycles.
Every steel plate, forging, flange, and welding consumable comes with certified mill test reports and batch traceability. We verify incoming materials against your specification — no substitutions without your approval.
Radiographic (RT), Ultrasonic (UT), Penetrant (PT), and Magnetic Particle (MT) testing per ASME and GB standards. Weld joint inspection ratios are determined by service conditions — not minimum code requirements.
Every pressure vessel undergoes hydrostatic test at 1.5× design pressure and air tightness testing before shipment. These aren't optional checks — they're the final verification that your reactor will hold pressure when it matters.
Material certificates, NDT reports, pressure test reports, nameplate data, and certificate of conformity — all included with every shipment. No missing documents, no last-minute scrambles for your import clearance.
Quality Process
Quality is built in at every stage — from raw material incoming inspection to final shipping documentation.
Every batch of steel plate, forging, flange, and seal undergoes material certificate verification and re-inspection. Chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensional tolerance are checked against your specification before materials enter production.
Cutting accuracy, rolling roundness, welding procedure qualification, welder certification, weld appearance — every process step has documented control points. Welders are certified for specific positions and procedures. No unauthorized substitutions.
RT/UT/PT/MT testing per code requirements. Weld joint inspection ratios are determined by service conditions — high-pressure, toxic, or flammable media get higher inspection coverage. Full inspection reports provided with documentation package.
Hydrostatic test, air tightness test, polishing roughness verification, internal cleanliness, paint adhesion testing — every reactor leaves our facility only after passing all final inspection criteria. Documentation completeness is verified before packing.
