Some processes require frequent access — loading catalyst pellets, inspecting residue buildup, cleaning between batches of different products. With a standard fixed-head reactor, that means dismantling bolts, removing the lid by crane, and dealing with gasket replacement every time. For high-frequency batch operations, that downtime adds up.
Our lift and flip reactors solve this. The entire vessel tilts on a hinge, opening the interior for full access without any bolt removal or disassembly. Pneumatic or hydraulic assist makes even large vessels easy to operate.
