The more detail you give, the more accurate our quote. At minimum: volume, medium, operating temperature, operating pressure. If you can share your batch cycle time target, cleaning frequency, and material compatibility concerns, we can also advise on heat transfer area, agitator type, and sealing solution — before you commit to anything.
Yes. SGS, BV, TÜV, or any inspector you designate. We welcome it. If you can't visit our facility, we'll share photos and videos of the manufacturing process at key stages — material incoming inspection, welding, NDT, hydrostatic test, final inspection.
Lab reactors (1L–100L): 4–6 weeks. Pilot scale (10L–1,000L): 6–10 weeks. Industrial production reactors (100L–50,000L): 8–16 weeks depending on complexity and material. Complete systems may take longer. Rush orders are possible — tell us your timeline and we'll work with you.
We provide detailed installation drawings and video guidance. For complex systems or complete turnkey projects, we can send an engineer to your site for installation supervision and commissioning. Travel and accommodation costs are additional.
